For the customers
- Did you know Topshop had some more ethical lines?
- Do you think Ethical lines should be put at the front of the store?
- Would you buy ethical products?
- Would you continue to shop here if you knew how much the workers were being paid to make the clothes?
- How do you think this store could improve?
- What are your opinions on the pricing of the products?
- Are you aware of the impact fast fashion has on the environment?
- Would you consider environmental impact when deciding where to shop?
- What are your opinions on the branding? ie. Graphics, Models, Media presence
For the shops
- How often do they change window displays/ displays in each store
- How much do you know about the products sold?
where the clothes are manufactured
how they're manufactured
what materials are used
how much they cost to make
- How much do you get paid?
- Do you think your wages are fair compared to the workers that make the clothes?
- What is the main age range of customers?
- What are the best sellers? ie, what brings the most profit
- How much clothing waste is there from lines that don't sell?
- What happens to this waste?
For competitors
- Do you think topshop is more or less ethical than other high street stores?
- What are your thoughts/ opinions on Topshop as a whole? ie, pricing, ethics, style range
- Would you continue to buy from celebrity collections such as IVY PARK if you knew the working conditions/ wages of the workers?
